The Gardens is well aware of the difficulties high profile families endure separating themselves from the public eye during the planning and grieving process. In response to avoid being a spectator cemetery, The Gardens strictly adheres to a policy of any commercial photography (among other kinds) must be approved by the cemetery ahead of time in the form of a permit that prohibits the posting of any photographs on the internet or other media. All visitors are reminded that The Gardens Cemetery is a privately owned and managed burial ground, and it is a courtesy to seek permission to explore the grounds. The ownership of The Gardens takes the protection of such high profile families very seriously, and will help make any plans necessary for the passing of a loved one in the most intimate of settings, and under the most strict privacy protection procedures.
