Effective Wednesday, April 29, 2020, property tours and visiting The Gardens of Boca Raton Cemetery and Funeral Home will re-open, pursuant with the directive of the Boca Raton City Park System. We are continuing to closely follow all directives provided by the city, state, and the Florida Cemetery, Cremation and Funeral Association regarding safety and sanitation practices.
The Gardens of Boca Raton wants you to know the steps we are taking to protect our staff, visitors and families from susceptibility to illness and exposure to contamination of any kind while on our property.
The maintenance staff here at The Gardens pride themselves on the constant cleanliness and overall upkeep of our buildings and exterior grounds. We are taking extra precautions to ensure the best sanitary conditions of the property and implementing recommendations made by The Center for Disease Control as we re-open the grounds for visitation.
Below is a summary of the proactive steps The Gardens is currently employing:
Surface Disinfection: We are sanitizing our buildings’ hard and soft surfaces regularly with appropriate disinfectant wipes and sprays including all countertops, doors, water fountains, benches, desks, tables and bathrooms.
Social Distancing: Management is encouraging everyone to maintain social distancing practices in accordance with the CDC and The Department of Health and Human Services. We all must take personal responsibility in mitigating the spread of COVID-19.
Protective Facial Masks: All visitors to The Gardens must wear protective facial masks while on property until further instruction has been given by the city and county officials.
On behalf of the ownership and all the staff here at The Gardens of Boca Raton Cemetery & Funeral Home, we extend our well wishes to you and your families.
I encourage you to please bring to my direct attention any further questions or concerns on this matter.
